Graystone Builders is proud to have partnered with Carlos Santana (yeah, that Santana) and his Milagro foundation that supports underrepresented and vulnerable children and youth in the areas of arts, education, and health. As part of our partnership, we offer every customer who builds with Graystone the option to add $10,000 in upgrades to their new home for only $5,000 in cash that we then donate to the Milagro Foundation.
Giving that keeps on giving.
When you build a new home for your family and donate $5,000 towards Santana’s Milagro Foundation, we will allow you $10,000 in upgrades in your new home!
Buyers would be required to bring a $5,000 cashier check to closing.
What is The Milagro Foundation and why was it started?
Milagro (“Miracle”) is a charitable foundation that supports underrepresented and vulnerable children and youth in the areas of arts, education, and health. The Milagro Foundation was started in 1998 by Carlos Santana and his family to benefit children around the world. The Santana realized they needed a foundation, a small staff and a Board of Directors to manage the number of personal requests for help they received on a daily basis.
After meeting with Graystone Builders we were sold. The engineering & structural integrity of the building protocol employed by Graystone exceeded anything else we had seen. Throughout the building process, Graystone was a true partner, working with us to design a quality home that met our desires and our needs. The team was wonderful to work with. The Builder’s Assistant was highly responsive, extremely organized and a pleasure to work with throughout the project. We are thrilled with our new home.
